AT&T will require all office employees to work on-site five days a week starting January 2025, tightening its return-to-office policy. In mid-2023, AT&T consolidated its U.S. office network from over 300 locations to nine corporate hubs in cities including Dallas, Atlanta, and Los Angeles. Around 18,000 management employees returned to these hubs, according to the company’s proxy statement earlier this year.
